HOW CAN I GET A QUOTE?

These prices are not fixed and it depends on your specific home, but these are guidelines.
AM I CHARGED THE FULL QUOTED AMOUNT EVEN IF IT DOESN'T TAKE THAT LONG TO CLEAN MY HOUSE?
Yes, regardless of the time it takes you are charged the full amount of a clean. Please note, if an appointment is scheduled in error and a vacation rental cleaner is dispatched, you will be responsible for the full cost of the cleaning service.
DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO VISIT MY HOUSE BEFORE I CAN BOOK A CLEANING?
We actually book appointments virtually, representatives do not do a walk-through of your home. Assuming your home is furnished as a vacation rental, we can quote you without visiting the property.
ARE CLEANING SUPPLIES INCLUDED?
We clean vacation rentals with our own supplies. Our team is professional, we ensure there is no cross-contamination between rental homes. Supplies for guests are not included in the cleaning price and depending on the size of your home, supplies for guests vary from $10-25 in price. Welcome packs and thank you notes are additional.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY CLEANING?
Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We take pictures after our cleaning.
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?
We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement. Same-day bookings incur a $45 surcharge.
CAN YOU CLEAN A BACK TO BACK (TURNAROUND) WHEN A GUEST DEPARTS AND ONE ARRIVES SAME DAY?
We can accommodate, there is a $25 surcharge for back to back cleaning services. We may need to dispatch an additional cleaner if the home is very messy to ensure guest satisfaction for the arriving guests.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?
We are not insured to clean homes with guests present. The price of vacation rental cleaning is for unoccupied units. If owner occupied, this is maid service and the quoted price is double the vacation rental rate. We do not clean homes with guests present. If the owner is present, the rate applied is double.
WILL MY CLEANER BE ON TIME / ON GUEST DEPARTURE?
Yes, most of the time. We have scheduling constraints and will let you know as soon as possible if the home cannot be cleaned right on departure, but will do our best to accommodate.
WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?
You are charged after the service is complete. Payment is expected after completion. Please note, we cannot dispatch housekeepers until the previous cleaning service is paid for. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
IS THERE A CONTRACT OR TIME OBLIGATION?
No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or a pre-determined number of appointments. We do ask for a signed agreement for our pricing and billing schedule, but you can cancel service at any time.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A STANDARD CLEANING?
Here’s a listing of what gets cleaned in every room of your house during a standard cleaning. You can also request extra items via your customer dashboard.
Between-Rentals Cleaning Checklist
□ Clean appliances, counters, cabinets, table, and chairs.
□ Clean, scrub and sanitize sinks, countertops, and backsplashes.
□ Clean range top and wipe out inside of the oven.
□ Clean appliance exteriors, including the inside of toaster and coffee maker.
□ Clean inside and outside of refrigerator and microwave oven.
□ Wash floor.
□ Empty dishwasher, and quickly organize cupboards.
□ Restock auto dish detergent, liquid dish soap, coffee filters, and trash bags.
□ Put out 2 clean dishtowels, and a new dishrag/sponge.
□ Clean, dust, and vacuum.
□ Dust window sills and ledges.
□ Dust furniture, blinds, picture frames, knickknacks, ceiling fans, and lamps.
□ Vacuum carpets or wash floor.
□ Vacuum furniture, including under seat cushions.
□ Check sofa bed for dirty linens.
□ Wash windows on sliding glass doors.
□ Empty and clean wastebaskets.
□ Be sure to leave clean linens for the sofa bed.
□ Change sheets and pillowcases
□ Vacuum floor and under beds.
□ Check for personal belongings left in drawers and closets.
□ Dust furniture and clean mirrors.
□ Check windows for fingerprints.
□ Make sure light bulbs are not burned out.
□ Check for wear and tear or stains on sheets and blankets.
□ Wash blankets and comforters after every 10 rentals.
□ Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs, vanity, sinks, and backsplashes.
□ Clean mirrors.
□ Clean and sanitize toilets.
□ Polish chrome.
□ Wash floors and tile walls.
□ Empty wastebasket.
□ Replenish liquid hand soap.
□ Supply clean linens, 2 hand towels, 4 washcloths, 2 bath towels per guest and 1 shower mat.
I WANT MY GUESTS TO HAVE STARTER SUPPLIES, HOW MUCH DOES THAT COST?
We can provide soap, starter shampoo, starter conditioner, paper towel roll, toilet paper, trash bags, trash liners, sponge, and dish soap for $10 for 1-2 bedroom rentals, $15 for 3-5 bedroom rentals, $20 for 6 bedroom rentals, $25 for 7-9 bedroom rentals, and $35 for all above 9 and up to 14 bedrooms.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We don’t only offer vacation rental cleaning! We also can provide maintenance, home watch, guest services ($99.99 per booking to take care of guest calls and needs), and more.
HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?
Only one cleaner is sent to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.
ARE CLEANING COMPANY CLEANERS SCREENED?
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks, and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
